Sorry Mike - haven't got a clue - used to be in domestics but not on those prices!  Depends on what part of Wales I suppose - Bath is predominatley a 'rich' town so I'd say about the same might get away with a bit more.

I'm in Midlands and domestics here would be no more than £8 - 8.50 + Vat best thing to do is to go to local paper and find out who is advertising for domestics - pretend you are a customer first and find out cost then call again as a cleaner and find out pay!

Hey ho if only each company detailed their ledgers every week in the locals! I wish!!  ;D

Mike

As Fox suggests local paper also check the franchise competition in your area that should give you an idea what to charge.

An interesting point would be how much do you pay your staff in Kent compared to the Midlands

Cleaners are getting about £5.20 an hour  tops in this area.

Hi Mike, it depends of what kind of service you are providing. Will it be a professional clean,ie. team of two,own equipment, insured, uniformed ect.If so you could charge £25.00 per hour. We do!
If you are independent but providing your own equipment, products, transport ect. I'd charge £12.00 per hour.
Good luck.
