Hi Mary, at the moment there is no differences, but in the future we hope to have full members that provide refs/insurance details etc more benefits.
Its really aimed at the small/one man band cleaning companies that are just starting out on that long road to millionaire status
(i wish!) that need extra help.
But the main idea of the scsf is that companies can register then if at some stage if a job cannot be filled (for one reason or another,.... to far or wrong type of service etc) then the idea is that you can look on the database and see if there is anyone in that particular field or area and pass on the referral
We had a few success's in our first year, but this year we are hoping for more. We also lost our forum and all its posts through another admin member (long story) So we now have a new referral forum.
Also we are offering a free starter web page (FREE) to those who do not have a presence on the web , nothing to fancy but its a start and they can have there own address to advertise
