commercial quoting

hey guys,
i have to put a quote together for a commercial job and would apreciate seeing a quote that someone has done already...not prices ...just the layout of the quote.
i would like to include that we use wfp, and we are insured, also that we adhere to current h@e regs etc etc
anyone help please

Bill , in short do you mean you want a quotation form , a risk assesment and a health and safety policy ?

i dont want a quote form as such i would like to include details of the quote i.e price and what we are doing for that price but also would like to include info re health and safety and regs re laddersalso that we are insured, as much info as possible to get them to use us
