Complaint to window cleaner.
« on: November 21, 2006, 05:53:48 pm »
Hi,

Today I came home to a card saying that the window cleaner called, my son looked at the windows & said it was a poor job this time around & not worth the £10 we pay for a 3 bed end of terrace. I looked & agreed with him. I have just written a letter together with his £10.00 which said.

Gary,

This time around I noticed very bad spoiling to all rear of house windows, mainly to the kitchen, this window was worse then before cleaning. I am aware of the low sun showing up all manner of marks but I feel this time around your detailing was not to the best it could be. Please do not think it could be the insides as I have checked. The sills looked gleaming as is the norm.

Kevin.

This is gary's 3rd  clean for me, he brought the round from pdS I think their called . He does not know that I am also a window cleaner. I find him charming & polite when he calls for his money. I want to keep him on as I value the work he does & I dont have to do it myself.  The £10 he gets is easy money as a bedroom window he does not clean due to a plastic roof below it.

Forgot to say he is traditional.

Ask him to come round, ask him why it's not looking as good as before, depending on the answer, say your a WC and give him some tips maybe?
