price on builders clean
« on: November 25, 2006, 11:11:18 am »
I have just quoted as follows for a builders clean but wanted to know what anyone thought. It is for 6x large 2 bed flats with one en suite and 2x 3 bed penthouse with one ensuite and utility room.

2 bed
builders : 180, reclean : 85, sparkle : 35

3 bed
builders : 245, reclean : 120, sparkle : 45

+ 195 for builders on each of the two blocks

any thoughts?

cheers

I would have thought more like:

2 beds - B/c 130   R/c 65   Sp 45

3 beds - B/c 150   R/c 75   Sp 55

A team of two would be looking to push out two maybe three builders a day.

But it depends where in the country you are, and what spec the flats are. If your talking lots of ceiling to floor glass you could push the prices up slighly.

Cheers,

Huw.

David,

I'm taking it for granted it's everything.

Windows inside & out, glass & frames, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc, light switches, ceiling roses, skirts, scrape & make clean all floors, inside, on top, underneath all cupboards....... the list goes on!!!

Cheers,

Huw.

yes huw, definitely for everything

we are based in a pricey part of hampshire - your prices seem very low but thanks for the suggestion - i may try and meet somewhere between them next time.

hi there

your sparkles are too cheap, the plots can still be very messy right up to sparkle

If there's too much work in a plot on the sparkle due to trades just get an s.i. and charge for a reclean.

Huw.
