Mine came from Glyn at Omnipole, Don't know if he still does them though.
If you find out let us know.
They were redisigning the Combi, but I havn't seen what the new one looks like.
Wagtail also make squeegies and applicators with the same Pivot action.
When you hold the handle, the blade pivots up and down like a seesaw.
They are very easy on the wrist. You can stick one on a pole too and get the same snaking action that you use by hand.
The Combi is a single pass tool like the backflip, but uses a micro fibre pad instead of an applicator. It is also extremly light to use, and uses very little water, so is a brilliant tool for doing inside work.
They have been all the rage amonst Ausralian window cleaners for years, and have won several design awards.
Like anything new, it takes practice to master them. It took me 4 houses to get it right. My Mrs uses one too and loves it.
Every local window cleaner that has seen it in action wants one.
I think if Omnipole had given a few out to the likes of Terry Burrows, Ian Giles, Tosh, and let them give honest appraisals, they would have sold here in thousands like they do elswhere.
Come on you suppliers, your missing out on some serious trade. Dai
