Is it better to work on a small area, say 50K residents and beat them to death with marketing or spread the cloak wider ?

It seems the best way is to get a picture of a dustmite, blow it up, offer people the earth and hound them on a weekly basis!

Hi

If you live in the right area yes.

You know yourself the kinds of houses the people you want to work for live in so target these.

You really want to compete on price with the franchises, not the lower priced cleaners because you can win that one.
