Carpet beetle
« on: April 22, 2004, 11:47:20 pm »
My appologies if i am repeating this subject on bugs, but i've noticed more and more infestations of 'carpet-beetle' , you know the type, where all the pile on carpets has been eaten away around the edges.

What is the most effective method of ridding our homes of these little b....s

Does promite traffic lane have any effect ?

regards

Dave

Have had success with satchets of insectacide, which I got from Ashbys, but I think is made by Stapro. Always remember to wear mask/resperator when spraying.
Yes is permethrin based. Went in short supply last year, I think due to the warm weather.
