I have just got a new 10inch pulex inox sqeegee and before useing put pulex soft rubber in it. When useing it today it was leaving like a film behind it,i changed the rubber and still the same anyone any idea why

Its unlikely that its the squeegee ,what soap were you using what kind of glass were you using it on how hot was it was the window in direct sunlight are all more likely to be the problem so saying though i have heard of people getting a bad bunch of rubbers.

A bent squeegie channel can be a bit of a nightmare too.

I'd change the channel but use the same rubbers to isolate the problem.

Anyway, a 10" channel sounds a bit small for routine squeegie work; don't you think?

I prefer a 14" one.

10" all the way. It's not the size it's what you do with it. 

Probably a dodgy bunch of rubbers.

Try using hard rubber, thats what I use at this time of year. I only use soft in the winter

I prefer a 14" one.

I've used a 10" for 5 years.

Can't beat it.
Fits in almost everything, and I find it more accurate using a smaller squeegee.
