Hi everyone,

OK, now to the finer details.

Party Location: Coventry
Included is:

Accomodation (first come, first served basis, 8 twin rooms, 2 single rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 room that sleeps 4) If this is full we also have another hotel that will try to accomodate any bookings) These are all inclusive of breakfast.

Function:

Large Function room
Evening Buffet
DJ
Possible auction/raffle (this is to be arranged yet)

Drinks are purchased by individuals

Morning After:

Breakfast
Get together, maybe 1 hours opportunity to discuss any issues or general chit chat. etc....


The cost will be £35 per person inclusive of all the above (partners are welcome)

Please complete the survey an on the 31st August I will close the vote and book the most popular date.

At this stage you will be required to send your booking form and cheque to me to secure your place/places.

PLEASE be honest, to make this a success we need as many as possible, bring your friends, family even your dog. This could be a great opportunity to meet with each other and to put faces to names etc....

Right folks,

In view of the lack of response I have finally decided this really is a non starter.

I would like to thank those of you who have participated and apologise that it never got off the ground.

Andy at SCS, if I see ya at a show I will buy you a beer for your help, really was much appreciated.
