Hi everyone.
I have been thinking i really need some thing in writing between my company and the houses we clean in rder to a look more professional adn b) make sure that all agreement e.g. day, time, what will be cleaned and our rules can be layed out in black and white to prevent ambiguity.
Just wondering if any of you already do this and if so would you be kind enough to share the document so i can get some ideas on how to set it out and if i ahve forgotten things that would be handy to have in my terms and conditions.

Why not create one and ask if people would take a look at it for further suggestions and changes?

It may help you in the long run because if you're a business owner you will be doing plenty of writing, be that letters, proposals, invoicing.......and debt collecting.

Have you tried to search the internet for templates of terms and conditions? Some you may have to pay for but others may come free. Some sites may even contain their own terms and conditions for everyone to view - use that as a template and change it accordingly to suit your needs/requirments.

Thanks leuthdog have already written one kind of in hand have got t type it up yet, you seem to be giving out a lot of sound advcice on the forum later is good to see someone taking such an interest in helping others

I'm still learning myself but where I can advise and help I will. Even if it maybe an opinion it still offers someone something to think about.

Its good you've got a draft, type it up and offer it around....though obviously don't give out any sensitive information.

You should still search out templates and other sources of information because it will still offer you further advice and its better to tweak your work in order for it to fit in with what you really do expect from your own business rather than adding stuff simply to make it appear professional.
