Contract Help Please.
« on: August 26, 2006, 05:25:30 pm »
Hi All,

I have just been asked by a company to provide a contract for cleaning the windows of a Sports Centre. I have not entered into a contract with any of my clients before. Does anyone have one I could adapt.

Many thanks in advance.

Nigel, You can make your own on your pc.
All you need to say is your company are going to provide the various services to the said company at a rate of (how often) at a said price.
Ensure you mention:
How long the contract is for(12 months)
stipulate what is included for the price
Payment terms
How much notice you will give to terminate
How much notice of termination they must give
Signed by both parties.
These are the basics that I am sure some can add to on this forum.
