hose reels bursting apart

hi guys please help me

my hose reels keep bursting apart firt the hose lock conectors were burting we changed them to a high pressure conecter and high presure hose.

now my hose reel is burstin apart in the middle.

i need two hose reels set up to one pump 100psi two people working.

which hose reel do i get. already bought 2 this week from B&Q (broken)?

Please help damsell in distress  ::) ::) ::)

Hi Belinda,i use Claber reels very good quality and affordable,yes they are plastic but not cheap muck,iv`e got a hose reel on wheels and just bought a free standing one that i`m going to be fitting on a swivel base i got mine from

i don`t know if they are listed but i know they sell them as i live near and went in person to buy mine,give them a ring to see if they deliver if not i can get it for you that`s if you are interested in buying one,Gaz  ;)

hi jeff

i use a diy van system kirsty is sending me heavy duty metal hose reels hoping they work as we have had the week from hell.

to top every thing off my husbands van is now stuck at the end of our drive and the imobiliser key has broken and it is going to take 7-10 working days for a replacement key fob. >:( >:(

we have 5 days work to chatch up on and when my van is up and runing i only have 250 lts tank to do the work of 4 people.

Sounds like your pressure switch is not working so the pump is running even when you're not cleaning. What pump are you using?

just changed the pump you are right it was broken but still bursting hose reels even with new flojet 100 psi pump.

Hi Belinda.

I brought my Tucker coming on a year ago. Ive a brand new real with 100mtrs on it that was supplied by Tucker, if you pay the postage you can have it.

I used to run two men off one pump but have now put two 100 psi pumps and two varistreams in my trailer. Much better!
I bought the pumps and varistreams from Stream supplies. £144 For pump and varistream.

LOL, sorry Jeff i had to laugh when i read this,i read it in the style of an american movie voice over

Belinda, if you havent got one you could try to fit a bypass from a t piece off the outlet side of the pump, with a tap/valve and recycle some of the water back into the holding tank. This allows undue pressure to "escape" when the pump is on but the brush is off

hi guys looks like we sorted it there was to much hose on the reel 100mt.
the plastic reel cant take the weight.
 
it will now do untill the new reel comes hopfully tomorrow,
