Hi i have a wf pole, the pole slips around even after tightening the clamps, any ideas pleez. :

if you have tightend the clamps it seems like ware and tare,you can get replacement clamps from

Hi, I have the same problem only had the pole two months and clamps not working properly swivelling round.
I have emailed Gardinerpole systems as I got it from them as someone said they did great poles.
Happy with the pole itself just the clamps that seem poor
Awaiting reply from them.

Gardiner poles are great but you must remember your pole is a consumable part and depending on how many times you put your pole up and down is going to affect how long your pole lasts.
I use gardiner poles and my 12 ft poles last about six months but we do clean a lot of houses and we clean top and bottom.
you also need to look after your poles and clean them now and again just like you would your car.
