Hi all looking to buy a ladder for fascia and gutter cleaning, have wfp for windows, what size ladder would you recomend, also thinking of buying a conservatory ladder anyone know were i can get best price, the ones i have seen are around £500 was thinking of renting as and when required but local hire centres only have roof ladders but cant see these as being suitable for conservatory cleaning.

Thanks for that Berlinda they have a hire centre close to me, may be best to hire conservatory ladder and see how the work situation goes before investing in one.

I wouldn't bother.

I did one today which I'd already quoted on.
Yes you guessed it, it took much longer.

I got soaked rinsing it off, tired and fed up. >:(

Promised myself I'll never do one again.

Hi Drew,

I use a double that is 4 Metres long when closed and have no problems doing gutters.

Also I use a ladder stand off to position me over the gutters.

Make sure you price well for your time they can be very time consuming but also can be good money.

Tony.
