3rd week update
« on: August 02, 2006, 05:10:40 pm »
Hi all
Third week with wfp. Had to do a house twice today because of white streaks, when I finnished they looked perfect, customer said she wasn't really happy with me using it but will be patient. came home to a message on my phone from a customer who could not believe how clean her windows are. They are powder coated aluminium so I thought I was taking a chance with them.

Doesn't it make you feel good when someone appreciates your hard work!

Glad to hear your getting on fine.

I still have a text message on my phone from a customer who wasn't happy when I cleaned her windows for the first time with the wfp.

She was there when I was cleaning them and never batted an eyelid and paid me when I left.

Her message went as follows.

"Do not like your new system of cleaning windows and have decieded to do them myself. Thanks"

Bl**dy Bi**h.

I phoned her straight back and asked what the problem was. She said there was streaks all over her windows which was rubish as I looked at them before I left. I started to explain the process and the C*W put the phone down on me.

 Customers!

Ask them a question. Ask them if they notice the extra shine on the glass when it dries. Its a psychology thing but you may notice it yourself.
