Failed Glass Units
« on: April 28, 2025, 11:00:22 am »
Had a cancel this morning from an old woman who said I was causing her glass units to let water in. Then she told me she had to replace one a few years ago because it was condensing. The windows are 40 years old and the units are guaranteed for 15 years if you are lucky. Only took her on a few months ago and now I'm to blame. Difficult to educate a customer who has had a Trad guy for decades, I told her she would be better getting someone who uses a squeegee.

I've had a couple of cancellations for the same thing,  both old codgers.
