« on: July 15, 2006, 04:22:23 pm »
Hi All,

I've been asked to give a price for a carpet clean in a office that I clean , Is anyboy intersted ?
It is about 250m2 split over two floors (2nd and 3rd floor) with 3 flights of stairs, it is made up of blue hard wearing carpet tiles, there will be desks in the office but the job needs to be done after 6pm,
If nobody is interested does anybody have an idea of a price?

Hi
Based in Huntingdon, at thae sort of prices that people are talking about I think I need to give the customer a guide line price before people come and have a look.

Nick, do you price all your jobs at £125 an hour, or is it just this job?

Texatherm is the best for carpet tiles and minitex for the stairs.
We are in Devon were is Huntingdon?

If it was near we would charge about £225.00 - 250.00

I wouldt use HWE in an office set up bonnett cleaning is much quicker and drying times are an issue if the office has no airflow :o
