Clx 27  left it in the street against a wall didnt realise until 4 hours later when i was collecting  I ran over thinking I found someone else's  but realised it was mine when I opened  the back doors  of the van  >:(   stepladders in a terraced back garden  went missing after 2 hours customer kept looking at her locked shed  she  blamed next door for climbing over and stealing them  next door denied it   huh      many   many scrums in houses just pick them up next time  custy cleans them for me     small extension ladders  more than 3 times  but remembered  turned  round went back pick them up     I once drove into the next street and realised my 50ltre pure freedom trolley was still in the road with the slx in the pole holder  heart beating  very fast I went back got it

Iam very  carefull nowadays days   many many van drivers from amazon  etc  have been caught  helping them selves to anything in gardens  builders driving round just openly taking stuff from Van's cars etc

I found myself very lucky to be honest

Glad it’s not just me

🤦‍♂️Freedom trolley and pole😱

I left slx leaning against lamppost
Got home

As you say heart in your mouth

Luckily still there when got back

The real Mr bean moment for me was driving from one road to the next

Opened van doors no pole 🤔

Re traced steps, went back to all houses cleaned

Then that feeling like I’d been punched in the stomach 🤮

Realised I’d left pole on roof of van for safe keeps 😖

Just while I moved stuff in back Of van

So drove onto main road pole fell off
And pole I’d discovered

Had been driven over

Only thing that helped ease the pain
Was slx pole was 2yrs old
And was close to ordering a new one
😖

Get rid of your warning cones mate.....I got rid of mine a few years ago now.....I too kept leaving them on jobs.....

I left an xtreme 25 at a customers house once....he phoned me just as I was pulling up at home..... ;D

I left a Brodex pole at a block of flats once. Went back later in the day and it’s was gone. Scaffolders probably took it.

Worst one (as in potential loss) was leaving my Extreme 47 against a customers wall overnight, opening the van doors in the morning and realising I had left it!  :o :o :o

Luckily it was a secluded property and by the time I drove there (ten miles) rang the bell - no one home - and looked round the back and found it the relief was palpable!
It's a game of three halves!
