Got this to clean soon. Is there a stiffer brush that I could use?

any old brush will be ok for that tatty old van
if your talking about the cladding then we always use super light mixed medium - same as the windows - just treat the cladding with a TFR mix first and scrub away - you don't need a stiff brush for this sort of work

I prefer a flocked, sill brush for cladding.
