Google 'method and risk assessment'.  There are numerous templates and examples out there including the H&S website.

Unfortunately, cleaning methods and identifying the risks while carrying out tasks vary from job to job, so each assessment has to be dealt with on its own merits. There is no one template that fits all, sorry.
