I find the chemical injector requires a high flow to pull in the concentrate, I use my wash down lance which has a large orifice, have you tried it without a jet In the lance to see if it pulls through?

You can buy a high pressure chemical injector  from Rutland pumps.  We use ours at 4000psi 20 lpm they will work up to 75lpm.
The alternative would be an X-Jet.
For your chemical injector to work you need to drop the pressure a duel nozzle lance is usually the way to to this.
