just under a quarter of hypo to your water, say..... 25 litre drum, 20 litres water/5 litres hypo. Just see what that does. If its cleaning fine then great, if not so good add a bit more hypo. Its not an exact science it really is suck it and see. Same with dwell time (how long to leave it for)............

Make the batch up as stated above and add some surfactant to it. This is needed as it helps to sit on the surface.
If theres grass around/close to where your applying it, give it a good soaking first and afterwards.
Also pre wet the surface you are cleaning.  Then apply your softwash. Either pour into a large bucket and brush it on using one of those brushed used for cleaning a caravan for instance.  Or apply via pump and a spray head.
leave it to sit for just under 20minutes and dont let it dry. Top it up if needs be. Best tip is dont just stand there watching it as you will convince yourself its not working.  Rinse well and see where you might need to reapply. Once done rinse the grass or plant life.
Make sure you have good drainage and no contamination of fish ponds and make sure any pets stay in. Once dried its safe for pets to go out on it.

First, use PPE
If you get it on your clothes they are fuuuucked.
Wear proper gloves and face protection.
Always put the water in the mixing container first (you don't want this stuff splashing back up on you).
Second
Mix it 5 parts water 1 part hypo and see how you get on.
If nothing much happens after 30 mins then make it SLIGHTLY stronger.
Be aware of plants and grass etc (it will kill them).
As Nathan said, soak them with water first (so they don't soak up the hypo) and then rinse again after.
If your custy has Koi carp, it will kill them.
Third
Test it on your own property first and see how you get on.
NEVER turn up to a custy, having never tried it on your own property first.
PS. It stinks.
