Does anyone have any experience of being audited by a potential client? What should we expect?

Hi

I  had this happen to me

Paperwork was everything they needed

Insurance documents
Insurance claims
Health and safety
Training records
Business history

It was for there company audit to make sure everything was in place

Checked RAMS  with on site audit
Sent paperwork

They were very satisfied
