How do your prices for window cleaning compare to the other window cleaners in the area?  Are you on average cheaper or dearer?

Do you still find you get undercut?

I've read it in a few articles that for low skilled work customers usually care mostly about price over quality.

There was another thread where he mentioned his profit, and even he conceded it wasn't actually that good in relation to the turnover, it's about getting more and more customers, so you would need to be cheaper to constantly have to fill up the rounds, which costs money.

The fact the business couldn't finance the growth says it all really.

As with anything the reality is different to the theory.

Well that's all a load of rubbish. Not sure where those (facts) came from?

To answer the actual question we are cheaper in some areas and more expensive in others.

The reason I might set up another base is to simply earn more. By choice not because it's needed

I have to agree with Lee's last comment.
Very rarely comment on here now. Such a shame as this forum helped me out a lot when I first started out.
Share something that's not the 'norm' and you get shot at or put down.
I have been building my own little business up 'NORTH' and have ideas that would help a few out but are reluctant to share anything at all now.  I just read and spectate mostly as do a couple of other forum members  I know.

Anyway, well done Lee, anything is possible if you want it enough.
