Dont use strong Alkali's on  on metal cladding...it will f*** it. Use pH neutral cleaners.

Honestly, I wouldn't use that video to advertise, as I wouldn't be happy with the end result.
Demonstrates why a boom  or similar for access will always beat using a pole  for detailing

Yep as it will let you 'detail' around the windows and the corners of panels which have been missed on this job

"Detail" it's a fecking commercial building dude!
Similar to Upvc fascia and gutter cleaning the muck will run out of the crevasses and just need a wee wipe with the brush or preferably a cloth rapped over the brush to remove.

As its a commercial you don' t need to clean it properly .. OK

Nobody said you don't need to clean it properly and I would suspect that these corners were tidied up after the video was shot. Maybe I'm wrong and he never bothered his arse but a rub with a cloth would probably have sorted out the couple of corners without the need for an expensive boom.
