Thanks for the thought Mick.

Sadly I never buy work. Lots of reason for that but I prefer customers to come to us, especially now as we only accept direct debit as a payment method.

Ye have done not bad lol. How do you find employing and having a large team? I used to run a team in a factory and i think it out me off going back to it all. It can be a headache.

With running operation that size brings different problems i guess lee.

Sure there are problems and stresses. You can iron most of them out by having the right procedures in place. I have to say I have a very solid team now both in the office and on the road. I pay quite well and am hard on new starters. Muck around, off you go, next one in and so on.

57 new customers so far this week and 2 days to go. I think we will top 70 this week............................ Sorry couldn't resist.

Lee do you get requests from areas you don't cover or are  your flyer drops vey specific now to your areas

As I recal you at one time we're going to either sell or pass on leads

ive seen one van in crowborough so I'm guessing we cross areas but there there be areas around that you don't go

Are you still passing on leads

Tony

Hi tony.

No sorry, we only advertise to areas we cover now.

Yes we cover crowborough but don't have much there. Maybe 20 houses
