I've just stopped doing any gutter, fascia roofline work . Whether it can be done with the pole ( hurts the shoulders ) or the ladders ( too risky ) . The ladders and standoff have gone . I only started taking em on 2 years back to boost the lads wage till I got more maintenance window cleaning . But I've picked up about 150 new jobs in 2 years so that more than covers his wage . I've also got rid of all my inside work. Ball ache and hating the squeegee. We are now 100% wfp maintenance cleaning .everything gets done with a slx 25 . It's a doddle and the best hourly rate .
It would drive me mad doing just wfp...

I do pressure washing...gutter clearing...fascias....solar panels...connys..internal windows...

I really like the add on jobs it makes a nice change from wfp window cleaning.

Carpet cleaning...then bought the window round in the streets where I live off previous cleaner....am loving doing both although can be a bind on a 50/50 day......got wfp and now do Upvc cleans and gutter vac for gutter clearing.....the windows is taking off due to mentioning it to carpet clean customers and vice versa....slashed the ad budget by 65%.....customers do not see it as jack of all trades they see it as someone who does a good job at one thing so is probably good at others especially if they see you have splashed out on decent gear....also a good trust and reliability thing.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.
