Hi all.

Do I need special license to operate one of these.
One of my clients has one and I want to hire it from them, before I do I want to know what I need.

Thanks

Ipaf  1b. Make sure it's loler certificated and don't forget the petrol.

Your rams will require a rescue plan.

Good luck!

Hello Harry,

It's not a legal requirement to hold an IPAF License. You can hire without one.

You can jump out of an airplane without a parachute, it's not a legal requirement.

It's certainly 'reasonably practicable' to undertake relevant training, when working at heights.

Make sure you check the height your insurance allows you to work at too.
