We currently have a 40 40 with 2 pre filters, di tank, to purfil our water. We brought new system with a 400 gpd reverse osmosis system. Now my question is which system will fill 2000 litre the quickest and which one most sufficient?

I would have thought the 4040 would be by far the quickest & most efficient.

A 4040 is classed as a 2400 gpd r/o.
Our 450GPD would refill our 1000 liter IBC tank in around 28 to 34 hours depending on tap water temps.
Our upgraded 4040 will fill the same IBC tank in 8 hours.
