Hot tub water
« on: May 13, 2017, 12:02:36 am »
My misses is getting a hot tub to help with the life of the elements and pumps I'm thinking of putting the water that goes through my Ro and Di vessel.
I've never had a problem with water on my skin when working. Do you think this would be ok to use.

No.

I had a hot tub for years - loved it!

water PH is part of getting it right. RO water is acidic, which is bad for the pumps, heater, filters ect.

Use bromine, not chlorine and change the water every 6-8 weeks.
The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Well I never thought it was acidic you would have thought if it was over a period of time you would of noticed damage to skin.
Think I'll just stick the water through the pre filters got to be better than straight out of the tap.
