do you get rid of the lime scale on the windows or do you just inform the customer and tell them how to clean it off.

I had a one off customer who had been cleaning his windows with the hose pipe and every window had lime scale on it

I speak to them first, tell them I can get rid of it but charge extra

Depending on how much limescale there is of course

Annealed lime scale or" Hard watermarks" is a business opportunity. Don`t tell them how to clean it. Offer the service. There are times Cillit bang will not work. More so if its been long term. Limescale is a general word for hard water damage which opens up an opportunity. It can be more like removing mortar marks on builder's cleans.
