Going to try this Blackwash out on a conservatory clean next week for first time...am impressed so far with the wall cappings I did on my own house last week....what sort of dwell time would you recommend and would you brush it in or just let soak?
How does the procedure differ, if any, using hypo?

Add soap to hypo
Dwell time won't be long if its sunny - because it will dry out.
Best use your mix carefully and brush on all over - keep wet and then rinse off
