Every year at this point I think about using one of the above mentioned software packages and I always come to the same conclusion---- that none of them offer anything more than Excell 2003.

Maybe I need to roll my version back to 2003...
Okay, first of all I have no desire to go cardless, the majority of my customers pay via BACS and a few by Paypal. I don't need to send bulk emails.
https://stripe.com/gbSomeone phones, I search their customer number on Cleaner Planner click 'pay' and input their card details. Job done. My record for taking a card payment in 34 seconds from start to finish.
