Im no expert by any means but on a short business course I learnt that the best way is to list the benefits of your service to the customer...not just what you do!

Try using Microsoft Word or Powerpoint (or any other word processing package/art package).

They often have templates you can use.

Try to keep it clean, uncluttered and to the point.  If using colour, remember the more colours you have will mean it costs more to print.  Probably not a big killer, but every penny counts at the outset.

Make a decision on whether you publicise your costs to your potential customers (and competitors!) or whether you tease them into calling you.

Don't have any spelling mistakes and make sure your telephone number is correct!!!!
