proloc reels

Hi , does anyone use these reels , i have one and find it over runs massively ......any tips for preventing that?

Or maybe make some kind of brake - bit of friction somewhere to slow it down?

try a car wash  sponge taped between rail and reel

Fit a rubber wheel to run on the side of the reel drum  to give some resistance.
