Sick of rectus fittings coming apart
Fitted brand new male and female this week within an hour connection came loose when I pulled the pole hose

Do you use a protector ball?

and drill a 5mm hole through them (do it twice, as it'll be full of bits of foam after the first go), then run your 6mm pole hose through before putting on the fitting at the end.  Its job is to keep the fitting from banging endlessly on the floor.  And to catch on every single thing you walk near.

Why not make yer own spruce as I'm sure that's all others do anyway

Tried that but when pulling onto a flat roof for example as I pull the hose the connection just comes apart
