If cleaning of ladder using wet soapy clothes to wash and scrim to shine, I price by ladder moves, usually clean 5ft safely without over extending.

So if just Soffits and Fascia, I would charge 100ft/5ft x £3 = £60

If soffits, fascia, exterior gutters then it would be as above but £4.50 per climb = £90

Remember though I'm in Scotland, if your further South than me but more north than the southerners, then you may get more than me, but less than the southerners :-\ :)

Anything from £60 to £1000, seriously Dave there's absolutely no point in asking questions like that on here, as you haven't
priced something like this before why not clean a couple of meters of the customers property and work out how long its going
to take from that, be generous with your timing allow for the downspouts, traveling expense and so on.
You may want to add on a bit extra for it being a bit more hassle than cleaning windows as well.
