always used mb115 but im certain its not lasting as long as it used to and heard good reports on the ionic resin, anyone use this or rate it compared to mb115?

In 12 years of using and monitoring resin, ionic was the worst I have ever used. I agree that the quality of resin has reduced over the last few years though.

might just stick with 115!

buy the mb 115 from gardiners.my last bag lasted longer than the few other bags ive had from a different supplier.

As a general rule I agree. Except of some reason hoses. I've tried numerous others, Ionics hoses just seem better.

Agreed. No one seems to be able to give me a decent explanation though. It seems to be that some batches are OK, some are terrible. None of them as good as 2 - 3 years ago.

I've used nothing but mb115 myself and likewise I would not buy anything from Ionics.
Oh to tell a lie I bought a bag of mb115 yonks ago and also bought a load of liquidators when they screwed up the price on their website so saved myself a fortune. Their liquidator price cock-up went viral but was soon changed the following morning after they received a flood of orders
