I think it depends on what you want to use it for.

The blurb says garages,fleet operators which points towards light use, also it's an unbranded engine and pump so odds are they are Chinese copies of Honda

For the money, I'd much rather pay extra and buy from someone like Ben where you know your getting quality kit and even more importantly backup and service should you need it.
