Best way to do build cleans
« on: May 15, 2006, 08:49:02 am »
Not normally a job I would do but it is for a friend of the family but need advise on best way to do it. Is it best to Remove labels, then WFP it first to remove the surface dirt, then applicator/squeegee and scraper?

what i do is get really hot water climb up and soak the winow, then razor blade off any stickers and concrete then wfp them. but make sure you charge enough. i do a lot for a company called final flick. ( they have the contract for most new building ) and i charge about twenty five to thirty pounds for a three bed.

Thanks Crystal
I will try it that way. I told this customer that I dont have any experience with pricing build cleans so I will charge £25 ph. He seems happy with that.

Where are you based? I see a van with 'Crystal Clear' with a big diamond on the van in Witney Oxfordshire alot. Is that you?
