Encapping upholstery......

Is encap suitable for upholstery cleaning and if so are there any pitfalls..???

Have used it on commercial carpet but thats about it......

I use it on things like dining room chairs, it's quick, easy and does the job...never done a 3 piece with it yet though.Couple of piccies attached.

Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

I have done hundreds of suites with LM and encap..
The main pitfall you could come up against is agitating it too hard.. especially the headrest parts which get greasy. There is no need to scrub really hard, but you find that out with time and jobs done...
Everyday this forum slips further from God.  :'(

Love a bit of Dynamall on upholstery. If it needs it then it's fab restorer but Dynamall does a great job.

Okey dokey, seems like a goer then .....

I wonder whether there's any problems with the residue that's left behind,  as obviously you won't be there to vac it after .....?

I use Dynamall on upholstery all the time and dry extract it with the machine...
Top results every time.

Good wipe with a towel or dry extract, good to go.
You should give it a try.
