Whatever you think of him, messing up his advertising budget isn't really on IMO.
I think it's funny. Clicking his Google links. Unfortunately Google isn't that stupid. A pattern of clicks is soon spotted and the charge rescinded. Don't you think some people would employ a serious strategic clicking campaign to do their competitor out of an advertising advantage?

Annoyingly. Yes, they can see it, but I am pretty sure they will only do something about it if you challenge them.
