buying traditional and doing wfp
« on: November 21, 2015, 09:51:07 pm »
Got a chance of a small round where I already have one, so ideal really. Not a good time of year...anyway
Its all don't traditional but I will be WFP. How many do you think I will loose, going WFP I wont even tell anybody unless I need to.

He also collects cash from all his customers...WHAT!!! mad. 120 customers, but I want 50. Sounds hard work to me.

He wants 3 cleans for it. Sounds ok to me.

He says hes got a contract working for someone and needs a van. From what I can get together, Sounds genuine. What precautions should I take when buying a round. Its only over a grand but still a good wod of money to loose
He will introduce me to custys

That's good. Did you tell them.
First clean will be bad. That's where the chance of a problem is

Yes I explained I would be changing over to wfp..I gave each customer a letter explaining how the system worked etc...The 4 that I lost never even gave it a chance .

More importantly - how well priced is the work?

It's a game of three halves!

why dont you spend a bit more time bringing them up to scratch 1st time?
yes ....time consuming  but would give customer confidence in new system

My ave works out at £10.50 which is good for my area. The part I want is £8. but says they are close together. Having a look next week
