Its cold out there and I'm about to head off for a job. Can someone recommand me some water proof gloves for WC and keeping my hands warms? thanks

I don't bother with gloves mate, I just keep filling up with hot water through out the day.......... Ya can't beat putting ya hands into the bucket when it's just been filled with hot

I am trad, and can't get on with using gloves. When it's cold, I use hot water at the start of the day, and by the time the water cools down my hands have adjusted to the air temperature.

I use merino wool gloves under a disposable rubber glove, they keep you warm even when wet in cold weather. Suppose that's why sheep can roam about the mountains in all weathers! 😊

When i was trad i used to use arctic diving gloves from decathlon? about 20 quid a go but did me the winter as i took them off after an hour when my hands got used to the cold. Dipped my hands in hot water first then put them on. hope this helps

I only use water that's hot enough to put my hands in, and so have never really had a problem with the water freezing on the glass. There  have been times though where my hands have nearly stuck to the freezing cold ladders!

Water only freezes on glass if there is no indoor heat, ie porches. On the coldest mornings in Bolton i either scrimmed or left em, nightmare.

Heavy duty rubber gloves from Tesco; the black ones.
They're not very warm but 100% waterproof and not too bad to work in. If it's really cold I wear a thin pair of gloves underneath them. You do lose a bit of dexterity then.

Unger neoprene gloves are the best I've found

any neoprene gloves are good for trad esp if your carrying an aluminium ladder about all day!i use the glacier perfect curve gloves when it gets really cold with nitrile glove liners underneath.hands nice and toasty and dry.

i also have a few pairs of the skytech argon gloves from b and q.again very warm but a bit restrictive if your tradding a lot of work.
