Im looking for a pressure gauge for a 4040 housing on that screws into the housing one side and with a 12mm barb on the other.

Any ideas ?

it does not exist unless you get a bunch of adapters and connectors.
easiest way is to get 1/2"bsp  jg connector to 1/2 pipe, and jg straight/barb plus reducer from 3/4 to 1/2 (alternatively 3/4 union plus 3/4 jg tap to 1/2push fit - last link)

You might need a reducer (male outside female inside) depending on the rear mounted thread of the pressure gauge.
