What would you quote for this.

Ive been asked to put a price in for the gutter clearance on this place. The building is split in half and only one half have asked for a price, therefore the gutter length is 78 metres, although it was suggested by the person that approached me to also put in a price for the full building, and that price could then be split in two, offering a discount in effect.

So, what would you guys put in a price for this, Im thinking cherry picker hire, plus day rate and a wedge on top for the first half of the building.

For the joint price Im thinking cherry picker hire for a weekend, plus two days work and a wedge on top of that.

The gutters are full, and a shovel width wide, theres lots in them.

Knowing you probably have more than you can keep up with unless you've sold a chunk, it'd have to be a lot.

Charge a full day at what you would expect for gutter clearing per hour ( plus cost - cherry picker etc )

For both halves double it then offer 25% discount  (example £800 each half or £1200 the lot)

The whole building should be doable in 6 to 7 hours half 4 to 5 hours
