Your leaflet!!

The leaflet says I clean conservatory roofs. You don't have a conservatory according to the Brunsden leaflet. I don't do one off window cleans. Your house would be £26 every 8 weeks but £39 for the first clean. Obviously that's just your windows. ;-)

Well that's not actually true Mr Daz. I've been having a Facebook conversation on my business page with a woman who wants a window cleaner. After 3 weeks it turns out she's from Corby, the dozy mare, 250 miles away.

Honestly, it's a f***ing joke isn't it.  That's typical. I'll be the first person banged up for murdering a potential customer via mobile phone, I swear it. One day someone's just going to say one stupid thing too much.

We should start a new thread for the stupidest text received in the line of business.

So, I get round there yesterday and there's a conservatory on it and velux windows in the roof that he wanted doing as well.

School boy error - you should never mention a price until you've asked about frequency / conservatories / skylights :)

I think we have to move with the times.   Some potential customers might prefer to communicate via text... What's the problem..? Just text them back to arrange to visit them to quote.

:)

You're right.  Schoolboy error. And we do have to move with the times. Simplistic text message requests are something that do my nut, I will have mastered them then something else will come along and that'll have to be adapted too :)

Anyway, I've amended the website
