Had to put hat coat and gloves on this morning.
So while I am sat at the top of my garden sunbathing this aft. I thought you guys will know whats best.
 My ski type gloves are goosed. Any recommendations?

never used them to b honist im old school and hard core 

the unger seil skin ones look ok water proof as well they should take the chill off a bit

I'm a poor soft pensioner so need my mits looking after.

These keep my hands nice and warm in winter but don't go sticking yer paws in a bucket of water as the backs are breathable so  will let water in.

Screwfix do some good waterproof ones, they're good for all year round plus at winter i just wear a pair of cheap primark one size fits all underneath if it's below zero

I did try some from Aldi last year, but was not over impressed by them.
I have a Screwfix close by.

I used those argon winter gloves for mainly gutter clearing either using a guttervac with ali poles or by hand.
In winter months gutter crud can get rather frozen too

Ok it was a bit nippy about 4 this morning but after the sun came it was sound, this afternoon was lovely....... No need for gloves yet guys it's still shorts weather

I use showa 377 gloves with a cheap pair of wooly gloves underneath in the cold weather...snug

showa 377s here too.i buy 3 or 4 pairs at a time.worn with nitrile glove liners underneath.they last around 2-3 months before they split(usually around the thumb area).they are totally waterproof.

they keep your hands dry and clean and pretty warm.when it gets really cold i use the skytech argon or an old pair of glacier "perfect curve" gloves ive had for years.

showa 377s are about £6 a pair

argon gloves £5 from b and q.(these are not waterproof on the backs but warmer than the showa gloves)

wearing the liners underneath stops your hands stinking!

Well I went to Screwfix this aft.
New catalogue was out on Monday and the glove selection has had a makeover, I  could not find what I wanted.
Ended up with the Argon Thermal.
According to the salesman the old discontinued stock is back at the warehouse and possibly available online.
So if you are in need of your favorite gloves I suggest you order them now before its to late.

I bought some cheap ski gloves from sports direct last winter and they were great, really warm. I think the name was Cambri, £2.99. They only last 2-3 months before they split but 2 pairs will see you through the winter. I have nerve damage in one my fingers so really feel the cold, these are the best I've found so far.
I may try the Showa 377's and Showa 460's this winter though, just to compare.

I always wear gloves, even if you can't see it on the pavement, there has bound to have been dog $hit, chewing gum, spit, pee and whatever else you can think of, and if ur not wearing gloves and handle your hose, even with a cloth, there's a good chance your gonna get it on your hands, then on your steering wheel then into your home. Really can't understand people not wearing gloves
