« on: September 18, 2015, 08:33:20 pm »
Hi

For all those who run and use an immersion heater

How long  does it take to heat a 500 litre tank.?

How much does it cost ?
Much appreciated

I would say 3 to 4 hours and you'd have between 30 and 35 degree c

Costs depend on what electric tariff your on - mine cost 21p an hour (3 kW ) from midnight to 7 am
